All photos shared in our Captain Logs are taken by Captain Marcy or another member of the MarSea Tours team during our tours.
We respect our guests’ privacy and do not publish photos showing a guest unless we have their permission.
If you see a guest in one of our Captain Log photos, Captain Marcy or another member of our team asked for their authorization before the image was published. When possible, guests are also shown the photo first so they know exactly which image we would like to share.
You are always completely free to say no if Captain Marcy or any member of our staff asks whether we may take or publish a photo of you in the frame. Saying no will never affect your tour, your experience, or the service you receive in any way.
We never assume that because someone joined a tour, they have agreed to appear on our website or social media. Permission to participate in a tour is not permission to use someone’s image.
For children and minors, we only use an identifiable photo when permission has been given by their parent or legal guardian.
Our Captain Logs are meant to share real conditions, wildlife, fishing, beaches, ocean experiences, and moments from our tours while respecting the people who travel with us.
If at any time a guest who previously authorized a photo would prefer that we no longer display it, they can contact us and ask us to review its removal.
Your privacy comes first. Being photographed or appearing in a Captain Log is always optional.
