How do I become a partner?
Complete the partner registration form. Our team reviews your application and contacts you about the next steps. Once approved, you can log in and start sharing your referral link.
How much commission do I earn?
You earn 10% commission on qualifying tour revenue, excluding IVA. For example, a qualifying tour amount of $300 USD before IVA earns $30 USD in commission. IVA is not included in the commission calculation.
How long does referral tracking last?
The referral cookie lasts 15 days after a guest follows your referral link. Tracking depends on the guest’s browser accepting and retaining the cookie. Keep using the referral link provided in your Partner Dashboard.
When does a commission become payable?
Commission is payable after the tour is completed and applicable refund conditions are resolved. A pending reservation or a tracked referral is not a payout confirmation.
When will I receive a payout?
Payouts are processed monthly once your eligible commission balance reaches the $50 USD minimum. Eligible balances below $50 USD carry forward until the minimum is reached.
What if a tour is canceled or refunded?
Commission remains subject to the applicable cancellation and refund conditions. Our team resolves those conditions before the commission becomes payable.
Where can I see my referrals?
Log in to your Partner Dashboard to find your referral link and review your activity, referrals and commissions.
Do my existing referral links still work?
Yes. The Partner Program name does not change your referral identifier or the tracking links already assigned to you. Previous public program page addresses redirect to the corresponding partner pages.
