MarSea Tours Partner Program
These terms explain the established referral, commission and payout rules for our partners.
Participation and referrals
Partner applications are reviewed by the MarSea Tours team. Approved partners receive access to their Partner Dashboard and personal referral link. Use that link when recommending MarSea Tours so qualifying bookings can be attributed to your account.
Commission rate
The commission rate is 10% of qualifying tour revenue, excluding IVA. IVA is not commissionable. The Partner Program name does not change the established commission rate.
Referral cookie
The referral cookie lasts 15 days. A qualifying referral must be tracked through your assigned referral link within that period. Tracking depends on the guest’s browser accepting and retaining the cookie.
Commission eligibility
Commission becomes payable only after the referred tour is completed and applicable refund conditions are resolved. A reservation request, a pending booking or a dashboard referral entry alone does not establish that a commission is payable.
Payout schedule and minimum
Eligible commissions are paid monthly. The minimum payout is $50 USD. Eligible commission balances below $50 USD carry forward until the minimum is reached.
Cancellations and refunds
Commission is subject to the applicable tour cancellation and refund conditions. Our team reviews and resolves those conditions before determining whether commission is payable.

The Mytanfeet Customer Service Team supports MarSea Tours reservations and customer service. If you have a question about attribution, a commission or a payout, contact our team with the relevant booking details.
